“2.5+0.5”顶岗实习培养模式在强化专业技能、提高学生的职业能力与职业素养,不失为一种学生得益、学校乐意、企业愿意的职业教育模式,是中职教育教学改革的方向。为顺应这一趋势,提高中职学生的实践能力,实现毕业生就业与企业对人才的需求进行无缝对接,该模式在职业教育中得到了大力推行,但也不可避免地存在问题。本文通过对我校物流管理专业学生安排到企业顶岗实习的实践过程进行分析,并提出相应的措施和对策。
“2.5 + 0.5 ” training model of internship in strengthening professional skills, improve students’ professional ability and professionalism, after all, is a student benefit, school happy, the enterprise is willing to vocational education mode is the direction of vocational education and teaching reform . In order to conform to this trend, enhance the practical ability of secondary vocational students, realize the seamless connection between the employment of graduates and the demand of talents of enterprises, this model has been vigorously promoted in vocational education, but inevitably there are problems. This article analyzes the practical process of arrangement of logistics management majors in our university to internship in enterprises, and puts forward corresponding measures and countermeasures.
