目的观察伊布利特治疗心房扑动(房扑)、心房颤动(房颤)的疗效。方法32例房扑、房颤患者予以静脉注射伊布利特(1 mg1～2次,每次10 min)治疗,观察转复为窦性心律的疗效。结果伊布利特治疗房扑、房颤转复为窦性心律的成功率分别是83.3%和50%。结论伊布利特转复房扑、房颤疗效确切。
Objective To observe the efficacy of ibutilide in the treatment of atrial flutter (atrial flutter) and atrial fibrillation (atrial fibrillation). Methods 32 patients with atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation were treated with ibutilide (1 mg twice or twice for 10 minutes each time) to observe the effect of conversion to sinus rhythm. Results The success rates of ibutilide treatment of atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation converted to sinus rhythm were 83.3% and 50% respectively. Conclusion Ibutilide atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation, the exact effect.
