引言制造复杂系统所遇到的主要困难,是在生产过程各个环节中确保组件技术要求的一致性。如要获取任一特殊故障的原始数据,则会遇到另一个问题。在研制任何一种战略武器系统时都会遇到这两个问题。对产品的环境要求和可靠性要求是十分严格的。此外,产品的复杂性要求能早期检测出预示产品发生故障的实际趋向或统计趋向。因此,必须在制造组件时进行这种检测。
Introduction The major difficulty encountered in the manufacture of complex systems is the consistency of the technical requirements of the components in all aspects of the production process. If you want to get the raw data of any particular failure, you will encounter another problem. Both of these problems are encountered when developing any kind of strategic weapon system. The product’s environmental requirements and reliability requirements are very strict. In addition, the complexity of the product requires early detection of actual trends or statistical trends that indicate product failures. Therefore, this test must be done when manufacturing the assembly.
