本文给出一种新的CMOS技术实现的连续时间神经元电路模型,讨论其突触权值的调节和细胞体参数的设置问题。计算机模拟表明,该模型具有生物神经元时空整合特性和神经计算功能。
In this paper, we present a new continuous-time neuron circuit model implemented by CMOS technology, discussing the regulation of synaptic weights and the setting of cell body parameters. Computer simulation shows that the model has the characteristics of temporal and spatial integration of biological neurons and neural computing functions.
