本文报告:采用~(133)Xe吸入法测定外观健康家兔两侧脑半球的血流量,获得了家兔在无损条件下大脑血流量的生理参考值,对比观察了川芎和罂粟碱对家兔大脑血流量的影响。材料和方法1.实验动物 17只成年家兔,体重2.5~3.5 kg,雌雄不论。先测量其正常情况下的脑血流,然后将其中12只随机均分为3组,第一组耳静脉注射生理盐水10ml,第二组耳静脉注射20%川芎10ml,第三组耳静脉注射3%罂粟碱10ml。2.实验方法家兔耳静脉注射20%乌拉坦10ml,麻醉后取仰卧位,四肢固定。将两个经15mm厚的铅板准直的NaI晶体(φ12×30mm)探测器,分别置于头颅两侧的颞顶部,再戴上具有单向吸呼阀的
In this paper, the blood flow of cerebral hemispheres in healthy rabbits was measured by ~(133)Xe inhalation method. The physiological reference values of cerebral blood flow in rabbits under non-destructive conditions were obtained. The rabbits of Chuanxiong and papaverine were observed and compared to rabbits. The effect of cerebral blood flow. Materials and Methods 1. Experimental Animals 17 adult rabbits weighing 2.5 to 3.5 kg, regardless of sex. The cerebral blood flow under normal conditions was measured first. Then 12 of them were randomly divided into 3 groups. The first group was injected with 10 ml normal saline, the second group was injected with 20% Chuanxiong 10 ml, and the third group was injected with ear veins. 3% papaverine 10ml. 2. Experimental method Rabbits were injected intravenously with 20% urethane 10 ml in the ear veins and anesthetized to take a supine position and the limbs were fixed.
