本文对哈萨克斯坦两大城市阿斯塔纳与阿拉木图的消费者进行调查,采用二元Logistic模型,对哈萨克斯坦消费者对中国果蔬的渠道选择行为及影响因素进行回归分析,在此基础上,为中国果蔬向哈萨克斯坦出口提出对策建议。研究结果表明:哈萨克斯坦消费者购买中国果蔬的主要渠道是集贸市场或农贸市场、便利店、大型超市和果蔬专营店;消费目的为个人消费、送礼、招待客人;最关注果蔬质量安全,其次是价格。此外,便利度与新鲜度也是消费者比较关注的内容;文化程度、收入、年龄以及购买频率是影响消费者选择果蔬购买渠道的因素。
Based on a survey of consumers in Astana and Almaty in two major cities of Kazakhstan, this paper uses the binary Logistic model to conduct a regression analysis on the consumer behavior of Chinese consumers of fruits and vegetables in Kazakhstan and its influencing factors , Put forward countermeasures for the export of Chinese fruits and vegetables to Kazakhstan. The results show that the main channels for consumers to buy Chinese fruits and vegetables in Kazakhstan are the bazaars or farmer’s markets, convenience stores, supermarkets and fruit and vegetable specialty stores; the consumption aims at personal consumption, gifts and entertaining guests; the most concerned about the quality and safety of fruits and vegetables, and secondly Is the price. In addition, convenience and freshness are also consumers ’concerns. The level of education, income, age and frequency of purchase are the factors influencing consumers’ choice of purchasing fruits and vegetables.
