目的建立测定藤三七不同部位包括珠芽、茎、叶、花中腺苷含量的方法,为该药材的质量控制提供依据。方法采用RP-HPLC法。色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(体积比10∶90),流速为1 mL.min-1,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃。结果腺苷质量浓度在1.86~18.6 mg.L-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 2(n=6),平均回收率(n=9)为98.0%(RSD=1.3%)。各部位中腺苷含量差异较大,其中珠芽中最大,花中次之,茎中最小,且珠芽与茎中含量相差近4倍。结论RP-HPLC法可用于藤三七药材的质量评价。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of adenosine content in different parts of Tengsanqi, including buds, stems, leaves and flowers, so as to provide basis for the quality control of this medicinal material. Method using RP-HPLC method. Results The adenosine mass concentration ranged from 1.86 to 18.6 mg.L-1 and showed a good linear relationship with the peak area, r=0.999 2 (n=6). The average recovery rate (n=9) was 98.0% (RSD=1.3%). ). The contents of adenosine in each site were significantly different, with the largest in the buds, the second in the flowers, and the smallest in the shoots, and the difference between the shoots and shoots was nearly 4 times. Conclusion RP-HPLC method can be used to evaluate the quality of Tengsanqi.
