目的探讨妊娠对兔骨折愈合的影响。方法将70只日本大耳白雌兔按随机数字表法分成对照组(n=30)、妊娠前组(n=40),对照组不做处理。妊娠前组交配受孕,受孕后选出30只组成妊娠组。妊娠组孕后9d分组造模成左小腿中段闭合骨折模型,按造模前,造模后即时,造模后1、2、3周各时相点抽取耳缘静脉血或心穿血,提取血清后-80℃冻存,一并送检生长激素,按时组织学检查,免疫组化检查、计算机数字化X线成像(computed radiography,CR)检查,其数据行统计学检验。结果妊娠组造模后即时,造模后1、2、3周血清生长激素值[(1.331±0.067)、(1.426±0.024)、(1.507±0.109)、(1.826±0.289)ng/ml]高于对照组[(1.208±0.151)、(1.317±0.102)、(1.246±0.192)、(1.340±0.313)ng/ml](P<0.05);妊娠组造模后1、2、3周的骨形态发生蛋白(bone morphogenetic protein,BMP)平均光密度值和平均积分光密度值均高于对照组(P<0.05),CR定量测得的骨痂平均光密度值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论兔早中期妊娠可能对骨折愈合有促进作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of pregnancy on fracture healing in rabbits. Methods Seventy male Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and pre-pregnancy group (n = 40). The control group was not treated. Pregnant group before mating pregnancy, selected 30 pregnant after pregnancy group. Pregnant group 9d after pregnancy grouped into the middle left calf closed fracture model, according to modeling before and immediately after modeling, 1, 2, and 3 weeks after modeling, we took the ear vein or heart blood, extracted Serum samples were stored frozen at -80 ℃ and tested for growth hormone. Histopathological examination, immunohistochemistry and computed radiography (CR) were performed. The data were statistically analyzed. Results The levels of serum growth hormone in pregnancy group were significantly higher than those in control group [(1.331 ± 0.067), (1.426 ± 0.024), (1.507 ± 0.109), (1.826 ± 0.289) ng / ml] (1.208 ± 0.151), (1.317 ± 0.102), (1.246 ± 0.192), (1.340 ± 0.313) ng / ml] in the control group (P <0.05) The average optical density of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) and the average integrated optical density value were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The mean optical density of callus measured by CR was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Early and mid-term pregnancy in rabbits may promote fracture healing.
