项目化课程改革就是根据本专业所面对的职业能力需求,将专业课教学内容设计成一系列具体训练项目并据此实施教学与考核的课程设计。它是一种微观操作与宏观设计相结合的设计活动。其设计立足于职业岗位要求,需要把典型工作任务引入课堂,使课程与职业岗位的实际工作有效对接,并要求每门课程都要实现具体的能力提升目标。本文以济南职业学院《餐厅服务与管理》为例,对高职院校管理类课程的校企合作项目化改革提出一些建议。
Project-based curriculum reform is based on the professional needs of vocational skills to face, the professional teaching content is designed into a series of specific training programs and the implementation of teaching and assessment of curriculum design. It is a combination of micro-operation design and macro design activities. The design based on job requirements, the need to introduce typical tasks in the classroom, the actual work of the curriculum and professional positions effectively docking, and requires that each course should achieve specific capacity-building goals. This article takes “Restaurant Service and Management” of Jinan Vocational College as an example to make some suggestions on the project-based reform of the management-oriented courses in colleges and enterprises.
