目的探讨气管插管在重度有机磷农药中毒致呼吸抑制的院前抢救,以提高抢救成功率。方法对21例重症有机磷农药中毒致呼吸抑制患者行院前气管插管,连接呼吸囊进行机械通气;对气管插管有抵抗者,给予丙泊芬后再行气管插管,同时进行解毒处理后转运患者。结果 21例重度有机磷农药中毒致呼吸抑制患者无一例死亡。结论气管插管是重度有机磷农药中毒致呼吸抑制院前抢救成功的关键。
Objective To investigate the pretreatment rescue of respiratory depression caused by severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning after tracheal intubation in order to improve the success rate of rescue. Methods 21 cases of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning induced respiratory depression patients underwent intratracheal intubation, connected to the respiratory capsule for mechanical ventilation; resisted tracheal intubation, after propofen and tracheal intubation, while detoxification treatment Transfer patients. Results 21 cases of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning induced respiratory depression in patients without death. Conclusion Intratracheal intubation is the key to successful resuscitation in front of hospital caused by severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
