For the differences between Chinese and Western corporate cultures, a common view shared by the economics community is that Western corporate culture seems to be more focused on pragmatism and generally lacks human emotions. For example, the current United States suffers from a decline in efficiency and a slowdown in growth. Big companies have all waved their strokes. Thousands of tens of thousands of workers have been laid off, or they have completely slashed the manufacturing sector. Therefore, in these companies, employees are sometimes highly paid, but they are often unable to avoid talents. Frequent job-hopping, and the 21st century competition, and mainly will be the fight for talent, at present the basic pattern of domestic people is vividly referred to as foreign companies, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises tripartite. As the latter two, if you want to be able to stabilize your position in this battle for talents, and not be washed away by foreign companies with superior treatment and salaries, you may need a little bit, that is, entrepreneurs’ humanistic feelings.
