目的了解学校计算机台面HBs Ag污染情况,为采取有效措施维护学生身体健康提供参考。方法对广丰县城及乡镇各随机抽查1所中学共62台微机室的计算机,对键盘及鼠标用0.5%过氧乙酸涂抹或喷洒消毒前、后等进行HBs Ag污染情况检测分析。结果计算机台面受HBs Ag污染情况在不同开放时间、消毒前后、不同部位差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),鼠标受HBs Ag污染情况比键盘更严重。结论学校计算机台面HBs Ag污染情况不容乐观,应加强对学生的健康教育,同时加强计算机台面的学校卫生监督管理工作。
Objective To understand the contamination of HBs Ag in school computer table and to provide reference for taking effective measures to maintain the health of students. Methods A total of 62 computers in a high school were randomly selected from all counties and towns in Guangfeng County. The contamination of HBs Ag was detected before and after disinfection with 0.5% peracetic acid on the keyboard and mouse. Results The contamination of HBsAg by computer was different at different time of opening and before and after disinfection. The difference of HBsAg contamination was more serious than that of the keyboard in the mouse (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion The situation of HBs Ag pollution in school computer table is not optimistic. Health education should be strengthened for students and health supervision and management of computer worktop should be strengthened.
