在我国市场经济日趋完善的形势下,人力资源的开发与建设在经济发展中的地位和作用越来越重要,已经引起高度重视。人力资源的开发建设要靠弘扬人的创新精神、建立终身教育体系、改革人事劳动制度等要素来推进和完成,其中重要的一项是建立有效的激励与激励机制。企业需要一个以激励机制为杠杆,借助高水平的管理手段,为员工创造良好的工作环境,充分开发每个员工的潜能,鼓励员工为企业创造价值,同时实现员工自我满足。
