目的:了解醋的发展历史及其人们在长时间的应用中总结其在保健方面的功能,为醋作为炮制辅料应用选择合适的规格、品种、控制质量提供依据。方法:检索了《中华医典光盘资料》800余篇古文献及有关醋的现代文献,对食醋溯源,醋的保健功效应用沿革,历代对醋的功效认识,醋在中医药应用中对其品种的要求等,进行了分析整理。结果:食醋的起源在周朝之前,保健功效最早应用的记载见于《五十二病方》,醋的保健功效概括为引药入肝、理气、止血。对行水、消肿、解毒、散瘀止痛、矫味矫臭均有辅助作用。结论:在长期的应用实践中,人们对食醋作为药用这一特殊的用途,从唐至清,中医药典籍中,均明确记载酿造米醋入药,且陈久者良。这为制定中药炮制辅料用醋的规格、品种、质量提供文献依据。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the history of vinegar development and its application in health care for a long time, summarize its function in health care, and provide the basis for vinegar as the application of dressing materials to choose appropriate specifications, varieties and quality control. Methods: We searched more than 800 articles of ancient Chinese medical CDs and modern literatures about vinegar. The essay reviews the application history of vinegar traceability, the health care function of vinegar, the efficacy of vinegar in various ages, the application of vinegar in traditional Chinese medicine Species requirements, etc., conducted an analysis. Results: The origins of vinegar before the Zhou Dynasty, the earliest application of health effects recorded in the “Fifty-two Diseases,” the general health effects of vinegar for the introduction of liver, qi, hemostasis. Conclusion: In the long-term application practice, people regard vinegar as a special use of medicinal herbs. From Tang to Qing dynasties and TCM classics, it is clearly stated that brewing vinegar into medicine, and Chen long good.
