企业供应链协同对相关企业降低成本、提升竞争力都具有十分重要的意义,已引起了广泛的关注和重视。国内外一些先知先觉的港口和钢铁企业通过供应链协同实现了企业价值的提升。辽宁省既拥有全国最长的海岸线也拥有众多规模以上钢铁企业,其港口和钢铁企业供应链协同就显得尤为重要。基于此,本文分析了辽宁省港口和钢铁供应链协同的背景、现状、问题并提出了相应建议。
Enterprise supply chain collaboration on related companies to reduce costs and enhance competitiveness are of great significance, has aroused widespread concern and attention. Some prophets at home and abroad that pioneered the port and steel enterprises through the supply chain synergies to achieve the improvement of corporate value. Liaoning Province has the longest coastline in China and also has many steel enterprises above designated size. Its supply chain collaboration with ports and steel companies is especially important. Based on this, this paper analyzes the background, status quo and problems of Liaoning port and steel supply chain cooperation and puts forward some suggestions.
