对数控面铣刀的刀片槽型进行了开发研究。根据铣削特点,设计了适合不锈钢材料铣削的波形刃槽型刀片。通过对波形刃刀片刃形及其切削所产生切屑剪切变形机理的分析和实验验证,得到一种较理想的铣削不锈钢材料的刀片槽型,提高了刀片寿命。
The research and development of the blade slot of CNC face milling cutter. According to the characteristics of milling, designed for the milling of stainless steel wave edge blade type blade. Through the analysis and experimental verification of the cutting deformation mechanism of the cutting edge of the wavy edge blade and its cutting, a better groove shape of the blade for milling the stainless steel material is obtained and the service life of the blade is improved.
