近日,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关于进一步推进国有企业贯彻落实“三重一大”决策制度的意见》,规定国企重大事项须由领导集体决定。所谓“三重一大”是指关于企业发展战略、产权转移和资产调整等重大决策事项、重要人事任免事项、重大项目安排事项和大额资金运作事项。这是首次以中央文件形式,要求国企贯彻落实“三重一大”。 Recently, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Promoting the Implementation of the “Three Represents and One Big” Decision-making System of State-owned Enterprises, stipulating that major issues of state-owned enterprises should be decided by the leading collectives.
