公司治理结构是现代企业制度的核心,建立与完善公司治理结构是现代企业制度的重要环节。对国有企业公司治理所存在的主要问题进行分析,提出了相应规范及完善公司治理结构的建议。
The corporate governance structure is the core of the modern enterprise system. Establishing and perfecting the corporate governance structure is an important part of the modern enterprise system. The main problems existing in the corporate governance of state-owned enterprises are analyzed, and some suggestions on how to standardize and perfect the corporate governance structure are put forward.
