细胞移植的前景十分广阔,它不仅可用于诸如糖尿病等疾病的替代治疗,也是基因治疗的途径,并且还可诱导器官移植时的免疫耐受。细胞移植的免疫生物学包括下述几个方面:①移植细胞的分离和纯化;②细胞的保存;③移植技术;④对细胞移植物的免疫应答;⑤预防同种异体细胞移植的免疫应答;⑥移植细胞产物的释放和调节;⑦异种移植;⑧基因治疗。此文将简要讨论上述问题。
Cell transplantation is promising because it can be used not only as an alternative treatment for diseases such as diabetes but also as a pathway for gene therapy, and it can also induce immune tolerance at organ transplantation. Immunobiology of cell transplantation includes the following aspects: ① isolation and purification of transplanted cells; ② preservation of cells; ③ transplantation technology; ④ immune response to cell grafts; ⑤ prevention of immune response in allograft cell transplantation; ⑥ graft cell product release and regulation; ⑦ xenotransplantation; ⑧ gene therapy. This article will briefly discuss the above issues.
