参与职业教育,是企业的一项自愿性义务与社会责任。从实践来看,已经较为成熟有效的校企合作模式主要有:第一,顶岗实习与就业结合的校企合作模式;第二,引起入校的办学模式。分析当前校企合作的主要模式,发现校企合作模式还比较简单,多年来虽然在人才培养质量上有一些催化促进作用,但是实际成效并不突出,学校的人才培养距离企业的实际岗位能力需要还存在差距。为了深化、创新校企合作模式改革,笔者提出了合理化建议。
Participating in vocational education is a voluntary obligation and social responsibility of enterprises. From a practical point of view, the more mature and effective modes of school-enterprise cooperation include: first, internship and employment combination of school-enterprise cooperation model; second, lead to school running mode. In order to deepen and innovate the reform of school-enterprise cooperation mode, the author puts forward reasonable suggestions.
