浮游生物是水生生物的重要组成部分,是淡水鱼类的主要饵料,是水域生产力的重要标志。为此,我们在1980年5～10月,对红枫湖、百花水库浮游生物的种类、数量、分布及其特点,进行了初步研究。 根据红枫湖、百花水库的库形特点,浮游生物的采样点,分上、中、下游以及库湾处各点。红枫湖采样点有大岗、下山口、下洞口、后五、大坝、贵化水泵附近6处;百花水库在坳上、朱昌水站、坝上3处。定性、定量采样点相同。浮游生物的定性,分别用13号、25号网滤样镜检。浮游生物定
