6月29日下午,市委常委、组织部长、市国资委党委书记姜斯宪出席市国资委党委纪念中国共产党成立85周年大会并作重要讲话。隧道股份、汽轮机厂等单位及广电信息股份公司李朝阳同志等个人作了交流发言。姜斯宪同志在讲话中总结了近年来国企党建工作,特别是开展先进性教育活动的经验和成果,提出要与时俱进、开拓创新、奋发有为,努力开创国有企业党建工作的新局面,为党旗增辉,为国企添彩。现将姜斯宪同志讲话的主要内容予以刊载,以供学习。
