本文分析了硬质合金复合轧辊机械复合几种形式的优缺点,设计了液压法兰机械螺母式硬质合金复合轧辊;用普通机械螺母完全替代了液压螺母,预紧机构只是装卸的工具,简化了硬质合金复合轧辊的结构;易老化的密封元件,不参与轧钢生产,不受其恶劣环境的影响,材质要求降低,使用寿命增长;预紧力所产生的摩擦力矩,远大于轧钢所需的轧制力矩,完全满足棒线的轧制条件;结构优化前后复合轧辊各个组件受力状况无任何改变,并且优化后的结构,受力更加均匀,钢轴弯曲变形小;预紧机构综合成本降低很多,将近4 000~8 000元/件,年可节省成本80~160万元;经过20次修磨,长时间工艺应用实验后,液压法兰机械螺母式硬质合金复合轧辊没有出现松动,结构稳定、安全、可靠,此结构已在我公司所有客户中推广应用。液压法兰机械螺母式硬质合金复合轧辊拆卸方便、省力,操作者劳动强度降低。
