薄煤层工作面回采过程中,受到煤层赋存条件、开采工艺以及回采设备等因素影响,存在采空区冒落不充分、工作面风阻大与采空区漏风严重等问题,造成薄煤层工作面瓦斯管理困难。以晓南矿N1-1403薄煤层综采工作面为研究对象,通过以高位钻场施工低位钻孔为先导,以优化钻孔施工工艺、调整瓦斯抽采参数等措施提高瓦斯抽采效率为核心,结合自制端头支架与工作面支架侧挡板减少采空区漏风,成功解决薄煤层瓦斯治理难题。
