本研究采用成年健康家犬10只(其中正常对照组2只,实验性缺血组8只)。观察在急性缺血情况下大脑皮层(相当于额前区)锥体细胞内酶组织化学及超微结构的变化。结果表明急性缺血组(犬)的琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH),单胺氧化酶(MAO)和三磷酸腺苷酶(Mg~(++)-ATPase)活性明显降低;乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和乙酰胆碱脂酶(AchE)的活性增强.超微结构显示急性缺血组神经细胞核周间隙增宽,线粒体嵴断裂,消失和囊状化。说明急性缺血对大脑皮层神经细胞酶的组织化学及超微结构均有较明显的影响。
In this study, 10 adult healthy dogs (2 normal control group, experimental ischemic group 8). To observe the change of enzymatic histochemistry and ultrastructure in pyramidal cells of cerebral cortex (equivalent to prefrontal area) under the condition of acute ischemia. The results showed that the activity of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), monoamine oxidase (MAO) and adenosine triphosphate (Mg ~ (++) - ATPase) in acute ischemic group were significantly decreased; lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) The activities of ACP and AchE were enhanced.Ultrastructure showed that the perinuclear space of nerve cells broaden and the mitochondrial cristae were broken, disappeared and cystic. It shows that acute ischemia has a significant effect on the histochemistry and ultrastructure of neurons in the cerebral cortex.
