分析了氧在高Tc铜氧化物超导体中的作用、同位素效应,结合超导体的双体结构物理模型,讨论了氧在高Tc铜氧化物超导体中的作用特征。结果表明,氧在该超导体中影响晶体结构和载流子的浓度,并参于了电声子成对。
The effect and oxygen isotope effect of oxygen on high-Tc copper oxide superconductors were analyzed. Combined with the physical model of the double-body structure of superconductors, the effect of oxygen on high Tc copper oxide superconductors was discussed. The results show that oxygen affects the crystal structure and the carrier concentration in the superconductor and is referenced to the pairing of electroacoustic phonons.
