钒(Ⅴ)在2~9M盐酸溶液中与钽试剂(N-BPHA)生成紫色络合物被三氯甲烷萃取;钛在10M以上盐酸溶液中亦与钽试剂生成黄色络合物为三氯甲烷萃取。本文在保留原法的基础上,采用一次称样,用自己设计的萃取比色皿,在6M盐酸介质中把钒(Ⅴ)-N-BPHA萃取至三氯甲烷中于530nm测定钒的吸光度之后,立即向该有机相及水相的溶液中加入二氯化锡浓盐酸溶液,存9M盐酸介质中通过萃取将钒(Ⅴ)、铁(Ⅲ)、铬(Ⅵ)等还原以消除干扰,于420nm测定钛的吸光变。本法简便,用于测定低合金钢、半钢和生铁中的钒和钛。
Vanadium (V) forms a purple complex with tantalum reagent (N-BPHA) in 2 to 9 M hydrochloric acid solution and is extracted with trichloromethane. This method is simple and convenient for the determination of vanadium and titanium in low-alloy steels, semi-steels and pig iron.
