目的了解东莞市东城区农民工传染病知识了解程度及其影响因素,为开展对农民工有针对性的健康教育提供科学依据。方法应用格林模式设计传染病知识问卷调查表,以东城区的15个工厂为代表,采用系统抽样、现场调查暂住半年以上的农民工1500人。利用Epidata软件录入数据,应用SAS9.0统计软件分析。结果回收合格问卷调查表1473份,合格率98.2%。不同年龄段对传染病知识知晓人数和知晓率分别为:<20岁为102人(77.9%);20～25岁为448人(81%);25～30岁为285人(85.3%);>30岁为404人(88.8%),不同年龄农民工传染病知识掌握差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同文化程度者对传染病知识知晓人数和知晓率分别为:小学及以下为81人(76.4%);初中为551人(84.4%);高中与中专为500人(83.3%);大专及以上107人(93.9%),不同文化农民工传染病知识掌握差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。农民工传染病知识平均知晓率和平均积分为84.4%和7.115±1.618分。结论东莞市东城区农民工传染病知识受年龄和文化程度等因素影响。
Objective To understand the knowledge level and influencing factors of migrant workers’ knowledge of infectious diseases in Dongcheng District of Dongguan City and to provide a scientific basis for their targeted health education. Methods The questionnaire of infectious disease knowledge was designed by using Green’s model. A sample of 15 factories in Dongcheng District was used to sample 1500 cases of migrant workers who lived for more than six months. Use Epidata software input data, the application of SAS9.0 statistical software analysis. Results A total of 1,473 questionnaires were collected, with a pass rate of 98.2%. The number and awareness rate of knowledge of infectious diseases at different age groups were: 102 (77.9%) at <20 years of age; 448 (81%) at 20-25 years of age; 285 (85.3%) at 25-30 years of age; > 404 (88.8%) at the age of 30, and there was significant difference in the knowledge of infectious diseases among migrant workers of different ages (P <0.05). The number of people with different levels of knowledge about infectious diseases and the rate of awareness were as follows: 81 (76.4%) at primary school and below; 551 (84.4%) at middle school and 500 (83.3%) at senior secondary and secondary school; college and More than 107 people (93.9%), different cultural migrant workers knowledge of infectious disease difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The average awareness and average integral of infectious diseases knowledge of migrant workers was 84.4% and 7.115 ± 1.618. Conclusion Dongcheng District, Dongguan City, migrant workers knowledge of infectious diseases by age and educational level and other factors.
