据香港媒体报道,兖州煤业拟斥资2.968亿澳元,向澳洲上市企业西农公司打包收购普力马煤矿公司和西农木炭100%股权,有关交易尚需获得中国和澳洲政府主管机关及监管部门最终批准。兖州煤业预期此次收购将增加该公司煤炭资源储备,并有助集团成为西澳洲煤炭主要供应商之一。
According to Hong Kong media reports, Yanzhou Coal Mining intends to spend 296.8 million Australian dollars, to the Australian listed company Nong Nong Company packaged acquisition of Purima Coal Mining Company and 100% stake in Xi Nong charcoal, the transaction still subject to the Chinese and Australian government authorities and regulatory approval . Yanzhou Coal Mining expects the acquisition will increase the company’s coal resource reserves and help the Group to become one of the major coal suppliers in Western Australia.
