磷石膏是磷肥工业产生的固体废弃物,目前我国磷石膏的综合利用率仍较低,云南现有磷石膏渣场主要采用集中堆存处理,并采用黏土层防渗。因此了解渗滤液对黏土层防渗性能的影响,对渣场环境保护有着非常重要的作用。结果表明,磷石膏渗滤液与黏土层的相互作用是酸性水和氟、磷、硫及磷石膏中重金属元素流入环境的关键因素。渗滤液作用于黏土使其渗透性大大降低,同时渗出液酸性减弱,渗出液中的氟、磷和硫等元素含量减少,使得对环境的污染减弱。
Phosphogypsum is a solid wastes produced by the phosphate fertilizer industry. At present, the comprehensive utilization rate of phosphogypsum in our country is still low. The existing phosphogypsum slag yards in Yunnan Province mainly use centralized stockpiling and clay seepage prevention. Therefore, understanding the effect of leachate on the impermeability of clay layer plays an important role in the environmental protection of the slag yard. The results show that the interaction between phosphogypsum leachate and clay layer is the key factor for the inflow of heavy metals into acidic water and fluorine, phosphorus, sulfur and phosphogypsum. Leachate acts on the clay so that its permeability greatly reduced, while exudate acidity weakened, exudate fluorine, phosphorus and sulfur and other elements reduced, making the pollution of the environment weakened.
