近年来,随着国家西部大开发战略和山川秀美工程的建设,给陕北地区渔业发展带来了千载难逢的机遇,淤地坝建设仅延安市就以每年2000万元的投资修建新坝,且从设计到建成的标准都较高,一般均有放水道和溢洪道,养鱼安全系数较大,可以用来养鱼的时间也较长。为了探索科学开发利用淤地坝资源,推进陕北地区渔业发展,笔者通过了解、技术指导、实践总结等特对淤地坝生态养鱼提出以下意见:
