一、德清县茧丝绸行业的现状德清县是浙江省蚕桑生产和丝绸出口创汇的重要基地。德清的蚕桑业在商代就桑地密布，三国时期武康地域的蚕丝即称“御丝”，宋代年间有“苕溪矮杆丝更好”之说。新中国成立以后，德清人们一直把蚕桑业看作主要经济收入来源，党的十一届三中全会以来 I.
