以四季报春(Primula obconica Hance)种子为试材,探索不同浓度CaCl2、SA和GB对9%PEG-6000干旱胁迫下种子萌发的影响。结果表明:9%PEG-6000(CK_2)干旱胁迫下四季报春种子的萌发情况低于空白对照(CK1),用一定浓度的CaCl2、SA和GB分别浸种处理后能促进干旱胁迫下四季报春种子的萌发,且最佳缓解浓度为15mmol·L~(-1)、10mg·L~(-1)、5.0mmol·L~(-1);3种外源物对种子萌发的促进作用以CaCl2效果最佳,SA效果最差。
The seeds of Primula obconica Hance were used as materials to explore the effects of different concentrations of CaCl2, SA and GB on seed germination under drought stress of 9% PEG-6000. The results showed that seed germination of Primula senecioe L. under 9% PEG-6000 (CK 2) drought stress was lower than that of CK (CK1). After soaking with CaCl2, SA and GB, respectively, The best germination rate was 15 mmol·L -1, 10 mg · L -1 and 5.0 mmol·L -1. The promotion effect of three kinds of exogenous substances on seed germination CaCl2 is the best and SA is the worst.
