核组蛋白咖啡酸二元混合体系在pH9、77K辐照并测定的ESR谱主要呈现为咖啡酸阴离子自由基的信号;用计算机模拟ESR波谱方法,对二元体系以其组分核组蛋白和咖啡酸单谱信号线性叠加拟合进行重组,经处理后得到该体系中咖啡酸自旋转移的百分率。结果显示,随着体系中核组蛋白含量的增加,自旋转移百分率也随之增加,表明体系内发生了电子自旋由核组蛋白向咖啡酸的转移。
Nuclear magnetic resonance protein-caffeic acid binary mixture irradiated at pH9,77K and the measured ESR spectrum mainly presents as a signal of caffeic acid anion radical. By computer simulation of ESR spectroscopy, the binary system with its component nuclear histone And caffeic acid singlet signal were linearly fitted and recombined, and the percentage of caffeic acid spin-transfer in the system was obtained after treatment. The results showed that as the content of nuclear histone increased, the percentage of spin-transfer also increased, indicating that the transfer of electron spin from nuclear histone to caffeic acid occurred in the system.
