复合材料预浸料铺覆工艺对工作环境的温度有一定要求,当工作环境温度较低时,会使预浸料变硬,层间不易粘接,从而影响产品质量。通过试验确定了铺覆工艺中环氧基复合材料预浸料表面温度的工艺参数,并研制了专用加热设备,使操作面表面温度达到了34~37℃。加热设备与缠绕机联动对预浸料进行加热软化,实现了边加热边进行压实缠绕,有效解决了低温工作环境中预浸料变硬和层间粘接不佳的问题。
Composite prepreg laying process temperature of the work environment have certain requirements, when the working environment is low, the prepreg will harden, difficult to bond between the layers, thus affecting product quality. The process parameters of the surface temperature of epoxy composite prepreg in the coating process were determined through experiments and the special heating equipment was developed to make the surface temperature of the operating surface reach 34 ~ 37 ℃. The heating equipment and the winding machine are linked to heat and soften the prepreg, realizing the compaction winding while heating, which effectively solves the problem that the prepreg hardens and the interlayer is poorly bonded in the low-temperature working environment.
