中厚板道次规划算法是中厚板过程控制技术的核心。比较了Siemens采用SQP算法、国内综合等储备方法以及简化的二次型规划算法。Siemens的SQP算法复杂,参数配置困难;综合等储备方法的算法较简单,但是对物理模型和边界条件要求较高,存在计算得不出结果的问题;简化的二次型规划算法相比其它2个算法稳定性和参数配置都比较容易,计算速度快。实践表明,该方法更适合工业现场的在线应用。
The plate thickness scheduling algorithm is the core of the plate process control technology. Compared with Siemens using SQP algorithm, the domestic comprehensive reserve method and the simplified quadratic programming algorithm. Siemens’s SQP algorithm is complex and its parameters are difficult to configure. The algorithms such as synthesis and reserve methods are simpler, but require higher physical models and boundary conditions, so there is a problem of not calculating the results. The simplified quadratic programming algorithm Algorithm stability and parameter configuration are relatively easy, fast calculation. Practice shows that this method is more suitable for the online application of industrial site.
