新课程教学观认为,教学是一个师生互动的过程。通过互动,形成一个“学习共同体”。因此,可以从以下几方面激励学生:让自己成为学生喜欢的老师;让课堂生动、有趣;给学生提供展现自己的舞台;让积极的评价体系成为激励学生进步的动力。
The new curriculum teaching view holds that teaching is a process of teacher-student interaction. Through interaction, form a “learning community.” Therefore, students can be motivated in the following ways: to become a student’s favorite teacher; to make the class lively and interesting; to provide students with a stage to present themselves; and to make the positive evaluation system an incentive for student progress.
