本文提出间隙原子在晶体材料中扩散的微观过程的新的理论分析方法.这一理论的基础是基于间隙原子在晶体的晶格原子的间隙中运动受到晶格原子的周期势分布的作用这样一个基本现象,导出了扩散原子运动所满足的方程.根据方程解的特性,描述了原子在晶体的晶格原子的间隙中扩散的基本过程,获得了描述间隙原子在晶体中沿晶轴方向扩散的难易程度定量表达式.同时也获得了间隙原子沿着确定晶轴方向扩散的扩散系数D.根据这一关系式所得的结果与实验结果比较接近.
