企业战略管理与自身的可持续发展具有直接的影响,要想在市场经济环境中不断强化竞争力,就一定要重视战略发展的作用。在贯彻并落实战略发展中,需要对企业内部工作予以考虑和合理控制,由此可见,人力资源管理在企业战略中占据关键地位。而企业要想在新时期背景下实现可持续发展,就一定要给予战略管理相应的重视。
The strategic management of a company has a direct impact on its own sustainable development. If we are to continuously strengthen our competitiveness in a market economy, we must attach importance to the role of strategic development. In carrying out and implementing the strategic development, we need to consider and reasonably control the internal work of the enterprise. Therefore, human resource management occupies a key position in the corporate strategy. If enterprises want to achieve sustainable development in the context of the new era, they must give corresponding attention to strategic management.
