为得到电液伺服系统的静摩擦力、库仑摩擦力、粘性摩擦力系数、负载刚度和负载质量参数.从位置控制系统的力平衡方程出发.提出了采用实测出系统在无弹性负载与弹性负载时的系统输出位移曲线、负载压力曲线以及负载压力与输出位移之间的关系曲线。再对量测曲线得到的数据作简单计算以及对多次量测数据作回归处理的方法.将本方法用于材料试验机的液压控制系统.结果表明:方法简单实用。测量结果可靠.
To obtain the static friction, Coulomb friction, viscous friction coefficient, load stiffness and load quality parameters of the electro-hydraulic servo system. Starting from the force balance equation of the position control system. The system output displacement curve, load pressure curve and the relationship between load pressure and output displacement are presented when the system is measured with no elastic load and elastic load. Then the data obtained from the measurement curve are simply calculated and the regression analysis is performed on the multiple measurement data. This method is used in the material testing machine hydraulic control system. The result shows that the method is simple and practical. The measurement is reliable.
