根据建设部建标[2000]53号下达的修订CJJ61—94 《城市地下管线探测技术规程》的任务要求,修编组经过两年时间完成了规程送审稿,审查会于2002年12月22日至25日在宁波召开。到会的有建设部规划局李兵弟副司长、蔡立群处长,建设部标准定额研究所副所长徐金泉、高级工程师李登敏。参加审查的专家由16人组成。组长由中南工业大学校长何继善院士担任,副组长是建设部地下管线专业委员会主任李国泮正高工。
According to the requirements of Revision CJJ61-94 Technical Specification for Urban Underground Pipeline Detection issued by the Ministry of Construction, Jianbiao [2000] No. 53, the revision team completed the draft for review within two years. The review meeting was held on December 22, 2002 Day to 25 held in Ningbo.
