利用密封舱建立的温度和噪声实验系统对大鼠海马谷氨基酸 (Glu)免疫反应阳性细胞数和光密度进行了实验研究。结果表明 :高温和高强度的噪声是使大鼠海马Glu免疫反应阳性细胞数和反应强度明显增加的主要因素。
The number and optical density of amino acid (Glu) immunoreactive cells in rat hippocampal neurons were experimentally studied using the temperature and noise experimental system established in the airtight chamber. The results showed that the high temperature and high intensity of noise were the main factors that significantly increased the number of Glu immunoreactive cells and the reaction intensity in hippocampus of rats.
