用数理统计方法研究了7座电厂18组粉煤灰样的需水性与细度间的相关性。通过试验研究发现,需水量比和80μm 筛余量、细度模数、细度比之间存在着一定的相关关系。作者提出一个新概念,关于粉煤灰的颗粒形态系数及其计算方法。颗粒形态系数能在一定程度上以数值说明粉煤灰颗粒的形态特征。它可作为评价粉煤灰品质和按形态进行分类的一个重要参数。
The correlation between water demand and fineness of 18 fly ash samples from 7 power plants was studied by mathematical statistics. Through the experimental study, there is a certain correlation between the water requirement ratio and the 80 μm sieve residue, fineness modulus and fineness ratio. The author proposes a new concept about the particle form factor of fly ash and its calculation method. The particle morphology coefficient can explain the morphological characteristics of fly ash particles to a certain extent. It can be used as an important parameter to evaluate fly ash quality and classification according to form.
