中职学生的特点决定了职校德育必须依据学生身心发展的规律,坚持“教学做合一”的理论指导,大力推行活动育人的德育模式,从理论学习、活动开展、实践反思等方面着手,以在德育活动中塑造学生的道德品德,在专业实践中养成学生的专业素养,在师生共同参与的社会实践中实现德育的育人目标。
