经过1994年至1997年三年多的努力,重庆三峡水利电力集团公司已由国有企业改制成股份制企业,特别是由定向募集公司改造成了社会募集公司,并且发展成一家具有控股、参股、联营、协作等多种关联关系的集团公司。3年时间,完成投资5亿余元,装机逾6万千瓦,年实现利润总额分别为4560万元、4912万元、5336万元,年每股净利则达0.408元、0.429元、0.438元。这样的规模和效益,是过去无法做到的。
