我厂组建于1990年7月,隶属于上海汽车工业总公司,现有职工近4000名,班组256个,专业生产各种起动机、发电机、点火线圈、开关等汽车电器产品。1993年完成销售收入3.1亿元、利税3000万元、出口3500万元,创历史最高水平,在全国汽车电器行业名列前茅。在当前改革开放,转换企业经营机制,适应社会主义市场经济的形势下,企业要增强“内功”,提高素质,适应市场竞争。我们感到抓好班组建设是企业发展的自身需要,是企业立于不败之地的重要保证。
I plant was established in July 1990, under the Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation, the existing staff of nearly 4,000, 256 squad, specializing in the production of a variety of starters, generators, ignition coils, switches and other automotive electrical products. In 1993, the company achieved a sales income of 310 million yuan, profits and taxes of 30 million yuan, and exports of 35 million yuan, setting a record high, and ranking first in the country’s automotive electronics industry. Under the current situation of reform and opening up, conversion of enterprise operating mechanisms, and adaptation to the socialist market economy, enterprises must strengthen their internal strength, improve their quality, and adapt to market competition. We feel that doing a good job of team building is the company’s own development needs and an important guarantee for the company’s invincibility.
