目的:研究健脾清化方对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠胰岛素抵抗(IR)的影响。方法:采用高脂饮食联合链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立稳定的2型糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、健脾清化方组、吡格列酮组,连续灌胃给药6周,采用高胰岛素-正糖钳夹试验(HEC)、腹腔注射葡萄糖耐量试验(IPGTT)和胰岛素耐量试验(IPITT)综合评价胰岛素抵抗水平。结果:与模型组比较,健脾清化方组IPGTT中60、120min血糖显著下降(P<0.01),药时曲线下面积(AUC)降低(P<0.01),IPITT中各点血糖下降(P<0.01),降糖率显著升高(P<0.01),AUC显著降低(P<0.01);在HEC中葡萄糖输注速率(GIR)显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:健脾清化方可显著改善T2DM大鼠IR,并能降低空腹血糖,提高降糖率,改善糖耐量与胰岛素耐量。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Jianpi Qinghua Recipe (LQJ) on insulin resistance (IR) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) rats. Methods: A stable type 2 diabetic rat model was established by high-fat diet combined with streptozotocin (STZ). The rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Jianpi Qinghuafang group and pioglitazone group. Week. The levels of insulin resistance were evaluated by high insulin - positive glucose clamp test (HEC), intraperitoneal injection of glucose tolerance test (IPGTT) and insulin tolerance test (IPITT). Results: Compared with the model group, the blood glucose of IPGTT decreased significantly at 60,120min (P <0.01), the area under the curve (AUC) decreased (P <0.01) <0.01). The Hypoglycemic rate was significantly higher (P <0.01) and AUC was significantly lower (P <0.01). The glucose infusion rate (GIR) was significantly higher in HEC (P <0.01). Conclusion: Jianpi Qinghua Decoction can significantly improve IR in T2DM rats, reduce fasting blood glucose, increase hypoglycemic rate and improve glucose tolerance and insulin tolerance.
