本文以人工砂和宜良南盘砂为细骨料进行各种级配的混凝土的物理、力学性能试验,得出不同工作条件的混凝土基准配合比,使用时可由基准配合比按不同的要求进行调整,即可得出实际工程所需的混凝土配合比.水工混凝土的特点是在满足强度要求的同时,并根据建筑物的工作条件,分别满足抗渗性、抗冻性、抗侵蚀性、抗冲刷性和低热性等方面的要求.水工混凝土不仅适用于水利水电工程,对桥梁、隧道、人防以及其它工业民用建筑物中的水下部分亦可应用.
In this paper, the physical and mechanical properties of various grades of concrete were tested with artificial sand and Yiliang Nanpan sand as the fine aggregate, and the concrete reference mix ratios for different working conditions were obtained. The reference mix ratio can be adjusted according to different requirements when used. The concrete mix ratio required for the actual project can be obtained. The characteristic of the hydraulic concrete is to meet the strength requirements, and according to the working conditions of the building, to meet the impermeability, frost resistance, erosion resistance, and resistance respectively. The requirements of flushing and low heat, etc. Hydraulic concrete not only applies to water conservancy and hydropower projects, but also can be applied to underwater parts of bridges, tunnels, civil defense and other industrial civil buildings.
