面试考官队伍建设对提高领导干部选拔考试工作质量具有重要意义。本文通过调查研究与数据分析,对加强领导干部公选面试考官动态管理提出了建设性意见。
The construction of interview examiners is of great significance to improving the quality of the work of selecting and examining leading cadres. Through investigation and data analysis, this paper puts forward constructive suggestions on strengthening the dynamic management of candidates for examinations by public officials in leading cadres.
