本实验测定了应激对大鼠肝线粒体功能和形态的影响。结果发现:应激使线粒体琥珀酸脱氢酶、NADH脱氢酶和细胞色素氧化酶活性均下降,耗氧量下降。与对照比均有显著差异。磷/氧比无明显改变,钙泵功能紊乱。线粒体形态的电镜观察变化不明显。但运用形态计量学方法发现,其体密度、面密度均增高,与对照差异显著,数密度变化不显著。总之,应激使大鼠肝线粒体功能降和结构肿大。
The experiment measured the stress on rat liver mitochondrial function and morphology. The results showed that: the stress mitochondrial succinate dehydrogenase, NADH dehydrogenase and cytochrome oxidase activity decreased, oxygen consumption decreased. Compared with the control were significantly different. Phosphorus / oxygen ratio no significant change, calcium pump dysfunction. The change of mitochondrial morphology was not obvious under the electron microscope observation. However, the use of morphometry method found that the body density, areal density increased significantly with the control significant difference in the number density was not significant. In short, stress reduced the hepatic mitochondrial function and structure in rats.
